My Story
Growing up in Cambridge, MA, I thought I would be an art teacher. At Northeastern University, I switched gears and became an Early Childhood Educator. I have lived in Goffstown for 38 years. For 20 of those years, I was the Director of Merri-Loo Community Preschool. Most people in town know me as Miss Lorraine.
I have always dabbled in arts and crafts including jewelry, collaging, and painting. After retiring in 2021, I discovered pour painting, an exciting abstract painting technique that combines Art and Science. Paints are mixed with additives and layered in a variety of ways. Even with a plan, each project produces a surprising result.
